Leaving Early ?: Link to PDF copy of form to allow leaving early ( must be printed, completed, and signed by parents then given to Mr Lindler prior to lock-in)

Arriving late?: Link to Google Form for arriving late ( must arrive at 9, 10, or 11 pm )

Link to PDF copy of Parent Permission Form (due printed, complete, signed by Monday, Jan 13 - give to Coach Lindler, Dr. Gascon, Ms Thur, or Ms Mewborne. You can get printed copies from these same teachers)
